Session Outline

The Technology in Advising Special Interest Group (SIG) exists to help personal tutors and academic advisors understand the role and value of using technologies in advising to effectively support students at a distance using synchronous and asynchronous approaches. Aimed at those in the higher education community interested in the use of technology to support academic advising, this community welcomes all, regardless of your confidence in using technology. Come along to this inaugural meeting to find out how this community can benefit you and your students, and how you can help shape the direction and objectives of this group.
